All of our wines are made from either certified bio grapes, or grapes from vineyards in conversion to bio. They are all natural wines, meaning we add nothing to the vinification except the minimum of sulphite. They are not filtered or fined. We use french barrels for maceration, vinification and aging. Our press is an old style traditional one. We don’t own a pump and use gravity to rack, assemble, and bottle the wine. This low-tech, non intervention approach allows our terroir and grape varieties to shine brilliantly. They are all vegan.
