Your donation for Sea-Watch

Sea-Watch has been active in the central Mediterranean since 2015 to rescue people in distress at sea. We stand in solidarity with people on the move.

In 2023, we have been involved in the rescue of over 1,400 people. In addition, our two reconnaissance aircraft have been able to coordinate countless rescues from the air and document human rights violations.

Thanks to your donation, we can continue our operations at the world’s deadliest border this year and stand up for safe and legal escape routes!

Info about crypto donations via Bitpay

You are welcome to donate cryptocurrencies to us. These will be converted into euros via BitPay. If you want to receive a donation receipt, you have to provide your contact details (name, address and email).

Important note: For anonymous donations, no donation receipt can be issued by our side. In Germany, donations with cryptocurrencies (like Bitcoin and Co.) are classified as donations in kind. We can currently accept a maximum of $100,000 per day, if you would like to donate more at once, please contact spenden@sea-watch.org.

With €30 we can buy two warming blankets. Especially in winter, people on the move often suffer from dangerous hypothermia.

With €50 you finance hot meals for 100 guests on board. A meal usually includes rice, beans, and spinach.

With €100 we can provide 3 of our guests with a new set of clothes. This bundle includes a warm sweater, pants, a T-shirt, socks and underwear.

With €400 you send our speedboats on rescue operation for 5 hours. They are essential for safely rescuing people from distress at sea and bringing them to our mother ships.
